Darren Litchfield is a Mindset and Life Coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and father of five who helps men and young men break through the fear, self-doubt, and internal resistance keeping them from moving forward.

His work is built on a simple belief: most people are not lacking ability, ambition, or potential. They are often operating from unconscious patterns that affect how they think, make decisions, respond to pressure, and see themselves. When those patterns change, progress no longer has to feel like a constant battle.

Darren brings more than 1,500 hours of one-on-one coaching experience to his work and holds Master Practitioner and Master Coach certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy®. Rather than relying solely on motivation, surface-level habits, or prolonged analysis, he helps clients identify and change the deeper patterns driving fear, guilt, overwhelm, indecision, and self-sabotage.

Darren originally founded Mindset Remap to help entrepreneur dads who appeared successful on the outside but privately felt overwhelmed, behind, or uncertain of themselves. His work helps them release the internal pressure affecting their businesses, marriages, families, and sense of personal success—so they can lead with greater confidence, clarity, and presence.

As his own children grew older, Darren became increasingly concerned by the pressure facing the next generation of young men. Many are capable and ambitious, yet feel paralyzed by the belief that they should already have their lives figured out. They are afraid of choosing the wrong path, falling behind, or making a mistake that could limit their future.

That realization led Darren to create Built Limitless, a coaching and development program that helps young men build clarity, confidence, resilience, and real-world direction. Through structured coaching, exposure to meaningful opportunities, and access to successful mentors, participants learn how to understand themselves, make stronger decisions, and create a practical path forward.

Across his coaching, speaking, and programs, Darren’s mission is to help people eliminate unnecessary distress, and move forward with clarity, confidence, purpose, and ownership of their lives.
